Rani's LEAVING? Like... seriously?

This is just a little farewell post that I decided to put up! Even though it's not necessary since I'll be updating once a month! *grin* Ok, Jess, Av, DON'T kill me. I like living.
Today's been really busy. We got up at 8:30 and started cleaning, packing, and then loading the suitcases. It was FUN! Left me all sweaty and gross, but fun! The family's hyped and I've been bouncing all day! It's going to be great, and I think all of us need a vacation. I need something to distract me from my AP results. My predictions, just because Lady Luck HATES me:
Bio- 2
History- 2
Calculus- 1 (because I filled out the information form)
THIS is why I need a vacation. I'm just hoping that no one throws me out the plane during the flight. I have a tendency to go stir crazy and the immense fear of heights is NOT going to be a beneficial factor. Oh well!
Note to friends who have a huge tendency to worry:
Av, have loads of fun on your trip! And write lots for Rani! And stop worrying! Gosh! Remember, you want to stay a muddy warm brunette, not a silver-haired hag!
Asheel... eighty pages. And lots of comics. *nod, nod* I know that you shall not fail me because you love me lots!
Kai, take care of yourself and feed the Rat regularly, will you? And... keep it away from your pet snakes. I know it's against the food chain, but TRY. :D Love ya and thanks for watching her and for the flashlight! Ani's already obsessed with it.

le boo!!
Wow, I kind of forgot I had a blog *looks sheepish*. I'm tinkering around with it a little, but considering that I have NO computer talent whatsoever, it's... not going very well. Sigh. Technology hates me. I KNEW I was born in the wrong century!
Summer is FINALLY here! SQUEE!
Ok, so... what's happened lately of any importance? Met with Lindsey, Danny, and Val on Wednesday at school and had lots of fun! *hug friends* I put shinies all of Avari's hand... I'm not sure if she was annoyed or just exasperated... or maybe just resigned. :D I get insanely happy when the promise of no school is apparent on the horizon~ I got home, hoping that I wouldn't have to see school again for... uhh... threeish months? But, alas, I had to go the next morning at 8 to meet with my counselor. Turns out that since so many classes have been canceling lately, my schedule is about as clear as a murky lake. Not fun.
By the time we finished sorting things out, it was about 9:20 and we ran over to my little sister's school for her awards assembly. She's growing up so quickly!! *tears* I listened to my mp3 player almost the entire time, but took them out when the earphones started hurting... gah... pain. Oh! Fun story that I've already told a few people, but hey! LISTEN ANYWAY.
After the assembly, Ma gave me the keys and told me to go sit in the car while she signed Armani out. I bounced out of the building like I normally do and saw some kids playing in the playground behind a steel fence (the one that crisscrosses and looks nifty). I thought, "Aw, how cute! Little first and second graders!" There was this cute little blonde boy who was hanging off of the fence--which, by the way, looked really fun!-- and he was kind of staring at me while I walked by. He, however, refrained from comment until I was directly in front of him at which point, he opened his adorable little mouth and said, "Hey, baby."
I'm not sure exactly what my expression was, but I waved and kept walking. I made it to the car before I cracked up. A six or seven year old!! Yikes! Cute kid, but... WEIRD.
Yups, yups! Went home and cleaned some more and arranged my stuff better! And then it was off to the DENTISTS. o.O I HATE going to the dentist. Been thrice in my life and abhorred it every single time. Anyway, the really sweet lady--who I love dearly, but do not appreciate having her stick pointy objects in my mouth-- was just about ready to start cleaning my teeth when the light went out. :D it was HILARIOUS. I went to sit with my elder sister outside and muttered, "It's a sign!" She, of course, gave me the traditional "You're stupid, go get your gums ripped out" look.
Light came back on after... gah... twenty minutes? So I had to put the ridiculous looking bib back on and lay back down on the chair of DOOM and endured half an hour's worth of digging in Beenish's mouth and the bitter, coppery taste of blood. Asheel says that my teeth thank me. I suppose my gums bleeding tears of happiness ought to say something as well. Gr...
So, yeah... and to wrap things up, I found a baby cockroach and named him Fred!
Gotta go clean some more! (I almost fell into the bathtub trying to scrub it clean... oops :D)

AP Finals are over!
:D So, haven't updated in a long time because I've been drowning myself in homework and studying! But now it's almost over! Just have to make up my Calculus final and I'm done! *huge sigh of relief*
So, seniors are gone and I'm sad. Lindsey, Valentin, and Serena showed up at my house at five and kidnapped me again. We went to play tennis with Jon and Daniel. Fun!
Came home and realized that ID's might be due. I am SO tempted not to do them and say, "I'm sorry, sir, I was too busy studying for my AP test to do my ID's. Oops." But then... maybe I'll just do my ID's.... yeah.
Going to go work because I can't find anything else to do with myself!
Au revoir and happy almost summer!

Only four days of freedom left...
Ah-ha! I decorated my blog Pakistani-style! Ish prettyfull!
This probably hasn't been my best break healthwise. I spent most of my sister's spelling bee trying not to cough and wishing I'd brought a box of tissues. The spelling bee was LONG. Thankfully, I took books! Ok, well, not THOSE books, as much as I wanted to take them along. No, my Lynn Kurland, Twilight, and other books stayed at home and I took my AP Bio and AP MUSH books with me and studied whenever my sister wasn't spelling. It actually made time go faster, go figure, but I had a bit of a hard time focusing on Bio with a kazillion other people in the auditorium. So, I gave up about half an hour before we left the spelling bee. Little sister got to the fourth round! There was this really rotund kind sitting next to her... my sister's relatively tall for her age, but the kid made her look like an underfed DWARF!
Fun experience! We ordered pizza when we got home: Ma's congratulations present to my sister for doing well and to me for getting up at 6:30 in the morning in order to get to the spelling bee by 8 with both of them. Got several ID's done, so I was really happy about that... got past WWII, actually, which made me very content with myself. I'm dreading opening Calc up again, because every time I think about it, I feel... worthless. I know what it's like to feel stupid now. Ha, calculus...
Shamil and Inali started driving me insane a few days ago and I sat down to write a side-story for them, but Shamil decided he didn't like whatever I wrote, so I've scrapped two scenes and am on my third draft, which he's a bit happier with now. I would write on Lianne and Kass's story if Kass happened to be in town, but, as it is, I'm all alone... all my co-authors are gone~
Valentin IM'ed me a while ago complaining that his break was terrible because he was sick. I wanted to call and say that I knew EXACTLY what he was talking about, except I didn't really feel up to talking to anyone outside of the family at the time. I haven't logged onto IM at all, 'cause there's no one I want to talk to on there anymore. And I'm rambling.
Oh, Jess, next volume of Fruits Basket is out! I saw it at B.Dalton's and thought of you while I read it! Good book! I meant to tell you when we talked last, but I didn't get around to it... oh, that's right, you guys were yelling at me... again.
I need to memorize my Bio notes. And do some more ID's... and see if my printer wants to print out those AP tests for MUSH yet.
Kat, Taylor, hope you guys are having fun and haven't fallen off of a cliff yet. To the Babylon crew, hope you guys will be in one piece if and when you read this. No runovers by Disney characters, hopefully, but you guys haven't called in a while, so I know that there hasn't been an emergency situation! Keep safe!
I'm keeping to my promise here! Been eating, sleeping, and not working too much!

:D So, at this point, four of my best friends have departed for Disney! Asheel bugged me to get on her blog and I couldn't understand why till I actually logged onto it! The comic is GORGEOUS! Much happiness! I'm taking today off from studying, but I'll probably get back on work tomorrow: have to memorize a ton of bio notes, do a bio essay, finish up the review questions, study my head off for the calc test next-next friday, finish my ID's for this quarter, study for my AP tests, and the list continues!
Ma and I went to Parent Teacher Conferences last night! Turns out that 6 out of my 7 teachers don't hate me! My comm.arts teacher apparently praises me to anyone but me. *shrug* my calc teacher hates me, but then that was a given. My chem teacher recommended that I take the AP chem test along with the AP calc, bio, and MUSH tests because he thinks I could actually PASS that mostrous thing with a 3. But he also said that to pass the chem test, I have to make Chemistry my life, which I can't do at the moment. But, I'm considering...
So, the next two months are going to be torture. It'll be FUN!
I have Valek and Jamie and Christopher and Nicolas to keep me company until my friends come back! Life is good right now!

Khushi
Happiness!
So, I was in a really random mood today! Turns out that I *might*--keep fingers crossed--have an A in MUSH. O.o LE GASP! Yups, yups. Pulled off a 92 in Advanced Chem and was extremely proud. Everything but Bio and Calc... :((, but life isn't easy, so I'm dealing with it cheerfully!
-.- Avari told me to get online early. So here I am. Now where would she be...?
Today was interesting~ I don't even remember what Av was mad at me for, but I decided that I was going to latch onto her shoulders until she forgave me. It was a slightly uncomfortable way to walk and I bet we got the WEIRDEST looks! Still, it was very entertaining! And then the fire drill routine was entertaining~ I told my MUSH teacher that he'd scared me to death and he just grinned evilly. I finally got my tupperware back from him. Someone scraped the frosting off of the sides, so I'm thinking he liked the cake. -.-;; hopefully?
Ah-ha! I shall finish up ALL of my Bio work tonight! And it is not due till AFTER break! Makes me feel better! And when Av finally gets on... harrumph.

Happy Daylight Saving's Day!
So, Rani woke up at 9:15 today and was ooberly happy with herself for waking up early! And then guess what hits me? DAYLIGHT SAVINGS DAY. So guess what time it REALLY was? You guessed it. 10:15. *tears* and Avari was WAY too cheerful in the morning.
Turns out I'm making a B in at least three classes right now because MUSH teacher is being evil, but oh well. I'll bring it up this quarter. *roar* Still feel like a failure, but I'll get past that...
Spring Break is going to be really quiet in Joplin without the band crew here~ SIGH. But I still have Kiy with me! And Taylor! Woot! Have fun in Florida, mes amies! Don't terrorize Mickey's home too too much, k?
School is relaxing again since the fourth quarter's starting up! Thank God! Chem test tomorrow, but that's not too much of a problem now that I understand what I'm doing! My grades are pretty horrible from last quarter, so I'll have to work really hard to get them up *sigh* No sleep for Rani~
Have to go change the clocks! Write, Av or we'll never get Karak published, as Asheel mentioned last week. Kai, same for you! Kiy, Av said that she'd write when you write, so give her a few words. Humor each other! Asheel is the only one who doesn't need to write at all~ *hugs Asheel*
